The internet is incessantly used by companies big and small in their quest for competitive advantage. The web ushered in a new era, in which an online presence developed into an effective way for companies to communicate with customers, suppliers, and partners. But, building this e-business capability often meant reworking much of a company’s business model.
An important aspect of the new e-business environment includes understanding the strategic aspects of the Internet, how to use its power. Our strategic consulting involves rethinking the business model, helping the client with structural issues, and planning the rollout of new dot com business segments.

What many implementation-oriented firms called strategic consulting really amounted to gathering system requirements or reengineering particular business processes. On the other hand, what a strategically oriented firm like us called implementation was often the ability to provide delivery capability, and towards that end we are proud of the way we approach all our projects, we not only advise, we build too, with our in-house resources who take projects from inception to completion as if they were our own.
