When Cohere Communications, needed a complete online image makeover, they hired Knack Consulting to suggest and implement a strategy. Our team worked closely with the senior management to identify the company’s interactive marketing goals and looked at Cohere’s business model and target audience and suggested a strategy that laid more emphasis on social networking and interactivity to reach existing and new clients. Next came the corporate site redesign. The goal for the redesign was to make the site a structured and concise interface into what Cohere stood for and accentuate how Cohere could help reduce costs and increase productivity. Part of this effort included re-drafting of the site content, which was deftly handled by our team of copywriters. The Knack Group successfully delivered on the goals of the project helping Cohere present to it prospects and customers a new tech-centric image that reflected their cutting edge approach, products and services.
